Return Policy

Returns 
We offer no questions asked for returning a purchased item as long as it is in original condition and packaging. Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 As soon as we get the returned product, refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Any product bought during sale or on discount cannot be returned or replaced. Only products bought without sale/discount/promo code are applicable for exchage or replacement. 

How to return?

Please return the product in the original packing through registered Singpost mail. After the product is return we will recheck the product and then process your refund.  

Exchange Products

We will arrange pick up for you only if you wish to exchange the products. In case of complete refund, please send it back by normal singpost mail. Also please note that pick up will be arranged if your order value is minimum 10 SGD or more. For order below 10 SGD we request you to send it yourself. We will send the exchanged product in return. Also in case of wrong style being shipped to you and you need to return it, we request you to return it by normal Singpost mail. But we will be happy to arrange a pick up for you if you wish to exchange it.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
