During pregnancy, feeling dizzy and nauseated can occur at any time of day, due to constant extreme changes in your hormones. For most women, feeling this way is more common in the morning and begins to get better after 3 months of pregnancy. But initially this process varies from person to person.
Myth 2:
Applying cream can help avoid stretch marks

Till now there's no proven evidence that creams or oils can remove or prevent stretch marks, instead they often fade with time and is a long process.
Myth 3:
Eating dairy or dried fruits can have an allergic reaction on the baby

It's okay to eat these foods unless you yourself are allergic to them or if your doctor advises you not to consume them in any way. Till now there's no absolute evidence that cutting out some foods will prevent your baby from the allergic reaction, instead if you'll limit your diet, it can be harmful to your baby as you might not get all the nutrition your body needs.

Being unactive during pregnancy can lead to several issues, instead light-moderate aerobic exercising is highly recommended 2-5 days a week in the first trimester of the pregnancy by the obstetricians, or doctors who are specialized in child birth. You don't have to make a specific routine for this, but can just incorporate simple daily exercises in your day-to-day routine.
